Wellness Checks: We can make sure your home is always in good condition, heat is set properly, all windows and doors are secure by performing scheduled home wellness inspections.
General Repair and Maintenance: We can help you with everything from changing light bulbs to fixing leaky faucets, from drywall repairs to replacing appliances, minor plumbing and electrical repairs. We can fix most anything in your home, but if we can’t, we have an extensive list of local contractor specialists that can.
Landscaping: We can mow your lawn, trim your bushes, and remove weeds from your landscaping beds. We can activate and winterize your irrigation system and make any necessary repairs. We can do spring and fall cleanups all intended to keep the appearance of your home the best it can be.
Hot Tub Maintenance: Our experienced technicians will keep your hot tub clean and running smoothly.
Water Damage Repair: We can quickly and professionally find water leaks, mitigate the water intrusion and perform necessary repairs to your home.
Crawlspace Inspections: We will make sure that everything is in order in your crawlspace. Check for leaks, rodents, heat is on/off when it should be, etc.
Snow Plowing and Snow Removal: We offer plowing and shoveling services that will keep your driveway and walkways clear of snow and ice.
Ice Melt System Inspection, Activation and Shut Down: In the fall we will check your ice melt system of proper operation, make or coordinate any repairs and make sure it has been turned on at the appropriate time. Then in the spring we will make sure the system is off.
Schedule Seasonal Contractor Maintenance: We can make sure your seasonal inspections get completed on time such as furnace/boiler inspections, fireplace and chimney inspections/cleaning, window and dryer vent cleaning. We can also coordinate roof shoveling if the ice dams get to be an issue.
Winter Holiday Light Installations: We offer installation, maintenance and takedown of your winter holiday outside lights.
